Trusted Mediators International is a small network of professional mediation service providers for civil, commercial, family, and interpersonal conflicts. We have experience with all industry-standard methods of mediation and maintain expertise with the latest legal statutes.
Mediation is far less time-consuming, costly, and emotionally traumatic than court proceedings. Although we regularly litigate cases in federal and state court, we offer pre-litigation mediation services on the belief that it is generally best for parties to find their own solutions outside of a courtroom. We can meet with the parties in person, or over the internet using Facetime or Zoom. It doesn't matter where in the world you are.
The types of cases we mediate include:
Once engaged by the clients, we initiate meetings and conversations to seek solutions that resolve the issues. We offer a variety of mediation methods, tools, and techniques.
There are three main methods of mediation: evaluative, transformative, and facilitative.
This type of mediation process attempts to bring matters to a quick conclusion based on a logical evaluation of the facts and legal precedents. However, if an agreement among parties cannot be reached, cases such as these
frequently wind up in court .
This type of mediation is a process in which people are encouraged to talk things out while the mediator listens with both intent and objectivity.
The parties are encouraged to recognize each other's interests and needs, while respecting personal boundaries, with the aim of transforming the relationship into one with better
communication and cooperation.
Notably, this method is used by the US Postal Service to manage employee conflicts.
Here the mediator facilitates dialog between the parties in an attempt to have them find their own solutions. The mediator will often move discussions
along by asking questions and/or mentioning legalities or experience-based opinions as relevant.
Almost always, it is more desirable to have the parties work out issues on their own terms than to have solutions imposed upon them by courts, arbitration,
or for that matter, mediation.

Testimonials
John has helped me through a few legal matters and always achieved extremely positive progress and results. I am fortunate
to have received John as a referral from a friend, and now I am taking this opportunity to refer you to John. You will be very lucky to have him on your legal side."
Most mediators don't care about the cases or the attorneys. I had a bitterly litigated matter in Long Beach Courthouse with impossibly hostile parties. It was frankly
a mess with multiple actions and multiple parties ... He handled the matter so remarkably well! There's really no need to go with any other mediator!"
It is coded entirely in standard HTML, CSS, and Javascipt using responsive design techniques.
